Copper Skillet Competition, The Founders Inn

Last week I was contracted to photograph Chef Elliott, Executive Chef of The Founders Inn, while he prepares his award winning dish for the International Copper Skillet Competition. The competition will involve submission of a recipe for an entree created with the Thai theme using items from the pantry and photos of the finished product. Contestants will be judged in three categories covering twelve criteria. The "Champion Chef" from each country will travel to the IACC Annual Conference to be held in New Brunswick, New Jersey on April 19-22 to compete for "Chef of the Year" honors.

Dude, you're killing me. It's 9pm and I haven't eaten dinner. I was sniffing the screen. Pics are delicious!

Thanks Scott. I appreciate your kindness. The beauty of these shoot is that you eat everything you photograph! It's a beautiful thing!
